The bachelor thesis focuses on the communication strategy of parcel delivery service of the state-owned company Česká pošta. The main objective is to describe and assess current marketing communication tools as well as to suggest possible future improvements. The thesis is composed of four parts. The first part introduces the company Česká pošta. The second one clarifies the theory of communication mix. The third part analyses current communication strategy in the market. The final part assesses the communication strategy and implies possible future improvements.
The innovation of firm from the perspective of employees

The thesis is focused on innovation of the state enterprise "Czech Post" from the perspective of employees. The basic concepts as innovation, types of innovation, innovation process, measurement, evaluation and funding innovation are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part starts with a brief characteristic of the "Czech Post" and its services. Further it discusses the different types of innovation with a view of managing employees and the importance of innovation for the company.
The position of Czech Post in the market for postal and courier services

Following bachelor thesis brings general overview of Česká pošta, public enterprise. Česká pošta - the state-owned enterprise and the biggest employer in the Czech republic has a very specific standing in the postal and courier service market. In the first part of the thesis, market structure characterisitics are explained in order to continue with comparing Česká pošta to its competitors, considering concrete market data. The second (practical) part of the thesis analysis the productivity and revenues of postal sector and demonstrates the dominant standing of the public enterprise. The result prooves following statement: "When the revenues of the whole postal sector increase by 1 per cent, revenues of Česká pošta itself increase revenues of its competitors by 4,86 %. The thesis also compares conditions of postal market liberalisation in the Czech republic to those in other European countries, where the liberalisation was already finished. You can also find there statements of both - supporters as well as opponents of liberalisation process.
